CSS can finally roll its own dice

Safari ships the CSS random() function native and a new polyfill from Lee Meyer takes it to every other browser, so a layout can deal itself a fresh arrangement on every load. Plus Servo 0.5.0 and flex-wrap: balance. A gachapon shop page in riso inks on butter yellow: a coin-slot masthead, a live capsule globe scattered by random() itself, series plates, and a misregistered double pass on every frame.
